经尿道电切治疗90例膀胱肿瘤

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（TURBT）治疗膀胱癌的适应证、手术方法及其疗效。方法2000年1月至2010年6月采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤患者90例，术后定期复查膀胱镜、B超。结果平均随访5．8年，22例复发（原位复发6例，异位复发16例），复发率与同期膀胱部分切除术相比差异无统计学意义。22例复发患者再次行TURBT治疗。结论TURBT治疗膀胱癌具有损伤小、出血少、操作简单、术后恢复快、可反复操作等优点。

Objective To explore the indications, operational method and effect of transurethral rescetion of bladder tumor （TURBT）. Methods 90 cases of patients ＂with bladder cancer were treated by transurcthral resection with simple electrical cuff from January of 2000 to June of 2010. Results With a mean follow up period of 4.6 years, 22 patients had recurrence. The 22 recurred cases were treated with TURBT again. There was no significant difference of the recurrence rate between patients with partial cystoectomy and those with TURBT. Conclusions There are many advantages such as simpler operation, less lesion,less blood loss, faster recovery and repeatedly operation. The operation method can reserve good bladder function and even replace the partial cystoectomy.
