摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉(冠脉)支架植入术对窦性心率震荡现象的影响。方法置入冠脉支架的62例均行24 h动态心电图检查,取得心率震荡参数震荡起始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS)值,并进行比较。结果本组患者支架植入术后1周TO和TS两项指标均改善,与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);支架植入术后6个月TO明显减低,TS指标明显提高,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),与术后1周比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠脉支架植入术对心率震荡指标有影响,冠心病患者的TO、TS值与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关。 Objective To evaluate the influence of coronary stent implantation on heart rate turbulence(HRT).Methods 62 patients with coronary stent implantation underwent 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram detection,turbulence onset(TO) and turbulence slope(TS) were recorded and compared.Results TO and TS were improved one week after surgery,compared with that before surgery,and the differences were significant(P0.05).6 months after surgery,TO was decreased significantly,TS was increased significantly,compared with that before surgery and one week after surgery,and the differences were significant(P0.01).Conclusion The HRT parameters may be influenced by coronary stent implantation.TO and TS in patients with coronary artery disease may be related to the degrees of coronary artery disease.
