导航辅助鼻内镜下鼻部手术围术期观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Patients with Nasal Operation under Navigation Assisted endoscopic

目的总结导航辅助鼻内镜下鼻部手术的观察与护理要点。方法回顾性分析我院2005年10月～2009年4月在导航辅助鼻内镜下行手术治疗216例鼻部病变的临床资料。结果本组术前均对患者进行心理护理,介绍导航知识及手术的优越性,以获取对导航辅助鼻内镜手术的充分信任,解除顾虑。216例均成功接受并配合导航手术。术后监测生命体征,严密观察手术部位渗血情况,做好饮食护理,预防并发症的发生,患者恢复良好,取得满意疗效。结论导航辅助鼻内镜下鼻部手术,具有定位准确、病变清理彻底、手术并发症少等优点,认真做好围术期护理是提高手术成功率的重要保证。

Objective To summarize the preoperative nursing in computer-assisted nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 216 patients undergoing navigation assisted endoscopic surgery during October 2005 and April 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The psychotherapy was carried out for relieving patients＇ worries before operation,including the introduction of the computer-assisted system and the advantage of the endoscopic surgery to acquire the trust from the patients.The operations were successfully performed in 216 patients without complications.After surgery,vital signs and nasal bleeding were observed.Dietotherapy and complication prevention were given to the patients,and the therapeutic effects were satisfactory.Conclusion Navigation assisted endoscopic surgery has the advantages of accuracy,thorough pathological cleaning and fewer complications.Good preoperative nursing may improve the success rate of operations.
