摘要 针对磨辊在研磨时因辊体温度升高导致研磨效果降低、电耗增加等问题,提出了一种新的冷却式磨辊。经过设计和生产,并在面粉厂的磨粉机上进行了生产试验,通过试验测量,冷却式磨辊的表面温度比普通的磨辊低8~9℃,结果显示,有较好的冷却效果。 We proposed a new cooled grinding roller which could resolve the temperature increasing, grinding effect de- creased, higher power consumption and other issues during grinding. Through the design and production, we did the production test on the milling machines in the mills. By test measurements, the cooled roller surface temperature was 8-9℃ lower than the average of the common roller. The results showed that the cooled grinding roller had a better cooling effect.
