摘要
叙述了混纺比悬殊的混纺纱的特点和发展前景,介绍了混纺纤维的混和要求和相适应的3种混和方法,提出了各混和方法纤维混和比的计算公式和混和参数设计,并以实例说明。指出了棉条混和时棉条的排列位置及混和纤维的性能对成纱截面中纤维分布的影响,分析应用其分布规律可充分发挥低比例纤维的作用和效能。提供了混纺比悬殊混纺纱的常用纤维品种。
In this article are described the characters and developing future of the blended yarn in case of blending ratio difference being very big with fiber blending requirements and 3 related blending methods as well as calculating equals and parameter design of fiber blending ratioes presented through practical examples. It points out the influence of the position of slivers in blending and properties of fibers for blending on the fiber distribution on the made yarn cross area, which can be used to increase the performance and efficience of the low blending ratio fiber. Some common fibers that can be blended in case of blending ratio difference being very big are given.
