摘要
介绍了织物纰裂现象的产生原因,探讨了现行服装产品标准中关于缝口纰裂程度的要求及测试方法规定,并就不同测试条件进行了分析。结果表明:有效夹持面积对织物纰裂程度测试结果影响较大,夹持面积2.5 cm×2.5 cm的测试结果普遍大于夹持面积5.0 cm×2.5 cm,尤其是松结构织物差异很大,但对于贡呢等高密度织物则差异不明显。
In this paper are introduced fabric slippage causes with the rules about requirements of seam slippage and the test method set in product standards discussed, and different test conditions analysed. The result shows that the effective clamping area affects the result of fabric slippage test. Generally, the fabric slippage test result for clamping area 2.5cm×2.5cm is greater than that for clamping area 5.0cm×2.5cm with that for loose fabric being much more great, but there is little difference for high density fabric.
