摘要
采用磁控溅射法制备了阻隔包装纸,优化了磁控溅射的工艺参数。测试了最佳工艺条件下制备样品的表面形貌和抗水性。将制备的阻隔包装纸与铜版纸、聚乙烯共挤包装膜进行了流体减阻性能测试。结果表明:阻隔包装纸对于聚乙烯共挤包装膜具有更好的流体减阻效果。阻隔包装纸的这种优异性能将有助于拓宽其在微流体器件上的应用。
The barrier packaging paper was prepared by using magnetron sputtering method. Parameters of magnetron sputtering were optimized. Surface topography and water resisting property of the sample prepared under the optimum technological conditions were tested. The fluid drag reduction property was tested for the sample co-extruded with barrier packaging paper, coated paper and packaging film of polyethylene. The results show that barrier packaging paper has more excellent drag reduction to packaging film of polyethylene. The excellent performances of barrier packaging paper are expected to be applied in micro-fluid devices.
