Rapid determination of transportable cadmium in paper based packaging materials

摘要 研究了纸质包装材料中可迁移重金属镉冷原子化的检测体系。对原子化温度、载气流速、进样量、溶液酸度、硼氢化钠浓度(氢氧化钠)和增敏剂加入量的影响,以及基体和共存离子的干扰进行了研究。结果表明:该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高、经济实用等优点,用于纸质包装材料中可迁移金属痕量镉的测定,相对标准偏差小于3.4%,加标回收率在97.4%~104.4%之间。 The transportable cadmium eroded from paper base packaging materials was determined by cold atomic absorption. The influences of atomization temperature, flow velocity of carrier gases, acidity, concentration of NaBH4(sodium boron hydride), volume of sensitization reagents and interference of coexisting ion were studied. The results show that the method has advantages of rapid, simple, accurate and economical. The relative standard deviation(RSD's, n=7) obtained by analysis of paper base packaging materials was below 3.4%, values of recovery test obtained by standard addition method in the determination of transportable cadmium in paper base packaging materials are in the range of 97.4%-104.4%.
