冷弯残余应力的测试方法改进与模拟

摘要 针对采用电化学腐蚀方法,测试冷弯薄壁型钢构件残余应力工艺中,存在着测点失效过多的不足,调整了电解液配比,改进了测点防腐处理及调减测点数量等,测试效果改善明显。提出了运用有限元方法,采用弯曲与回弹组合的原理,模拟冷弯薄壁型钢的成型过程,获取冷弯残余应力的方法。模拟结果与试验结果比对表明,提出的模拟方法是可行的。试验与模拟相结合,为进一步开展冷弯残余应力的研究提供了方便。 In view of the electrochemical corrosion method to test the cold-formed thin-walled steel components residual stress process,there exist excessive deficiencies of the failure in measuring points.After adjusting the electrolyte ratio,along with improving the method of antiseptic treatment in measuring point,and reducing number of measuring points,the test results improved significantly.Putting forward the application of finite element methods and using the principle of combination of bending and bounce to simulate the forming process of cold-formed thin-walled steel,we can obtain the cold-formed residual stress.And the comparison between simulation results and experimental results show that proposed method above is feasible.Combining experiment and simulation provides convenience for further research of cold-formed residual stress.
