摘要
以广东省东莞码头一例工作塔结构为例,对比讨论了四角一字形剪力墙布置、四角L形全短肢剪力墙(1.5 m)布置、四角L形短长肢剪力墙布置(、D)轴剪力墙布置几种方案的选择,介绍了一字形剪力墙布置特例危楼疑问,指出了四角一字形剪力墙布置方案在传力途径上尚有较大漏洞,非常规结构布置的特例容易出结构体系问题,从而提出了混凝土高层建筑剪力键、压力键、拉力键的设计等结构新概念,进而达到优化SATWE电算及高规的设想。
Some special case,such as inappropriate arrangement of straight("一" font) shear-wall,straight("L" font)full short shear-wall,straight("L" font) shear-wall,and shear-wall on D axis,are discussed,based on actual project with a working tower of Dongguan pier of Guangdong Province.New structure concepts for concrete tall building,such as shearing force connector,are proposed,based on actual project with the dangerous building queries in a special case,cased by inappropriate arrangement of straight("一" font) shear-wall,through which will result in mistakes.Then,the new optimization ideas about the SATWE software "technical specification for concrete structure of tall building" are suggested.
