不同处理工艺的滑石粉对PVC/ABS合金性能的影响

摘要 研究了滑石粉的不同处理工艺对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金的力学性能和耐热性能的影响,用SEM观察PVC/ABS合金的冲击断面微观形貌和滑石粉的分散情况。研究表明,经偶联剂改性后的滑石粉对PVC/ABS合金的力学性能要好于未改性的。但是,经偶联剂改性后滑石粉制备的PVC/ABS合金维卡软化温度反而低于未经表面处理的。 This paper mainly studied the effect of different talcum powder treatments on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of PVC/ABS alloy. The micro-morphology of impact surface and the dispersion of the talcum of PVC/ABS were analyzed by using SEM. Research showed the coupling agent modified talcum powder of PVC/ABS alloy had better mechanical properties than the unmodified ones. But the Vicat softening temperature of PVC/ABS alloy prepared by using coupling agent treated talcum powder was lower than which was without the surface treatment.
