摘要
分析目前伺服液压缸动态特性测试方法的研究现状,提出一种新的大型轧机伺服油缸动态特性测试方法,阐明了液压系统的组成和测试方法,介绍了计算机辅助测试软件及其流程。该测试方法已在为某钢铁公司研制的试验台中得以实现。
The current research status of servo-cylinder dynamic characteristics testing methods was analyzed. A new testing method of dynamic characteristics for large-scale rolling mill servo-cylinder was put forward. The hydraulic system composition and the testing method were elucidated. The computer aided test software and it's process were introduced. The test method has been used in a test bench developed for a steel company.
