摘要
分析伺服阀和变量缸的内部结构及工作原理,建立A4VSG-HD型液压轴向柱塞泵双向变量装置的数学模型。基于AMESim建立变量装置稳态特性的仿真模型,分析控制性能与弹簧刚度、预压缩量等关键参数的关系。研究结果表明:改进的模型能为变量柱塞泵的优化设计提供参考。
Mathematical model of two-way variable-displacement device of A4VSG-HD series hydraulic axial piston pump was developed by analyzing the internal structures and the operating principles of the servo valve and the variable-displacement cylinder. A simulation model for the steady-state characteristics of variable-displacement device was established based on AMESim. The relationship between the control performance and the key parameters as spring stiffness and pre-eompression stroke was analyzed. The research results show that the improved model provides reference for the optimal design of variable-displacement piston pump.
