摘要
为了研究数控机床的动态特性,改善数控系统的运动控制精度和误差补偿方面的不足,设计了一种开放式数控系统。该系统以工控机为上位机,开放式运动控制器为下位机。设计中将运动控制器置于开环控制模式,并通过上位机完成运动控制系统设计。系统运行于具有高实时性的DOS操作系统下,具有开放式控制系统内核,可以采集编码器以及光栅尺等信号用于系统分析。实验结果证明了该系统的可靠性、实时性和稳定性。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of machine tools, and to improve the motion control accuracy and the error compensation technology of NC system, an open NC system was developed. In the system, industrial computer was used as upper computer while motion controller was used as lower computer. In the design, the motion controller was set in the open-loop mode and the motion control system was designed through the upper computer. Operating on a high real-time operating system DOS, the system has an open control system kernel and can be used to collect signals from encoder and scalar for system analysis. The results indicate that the system has good real time performance, reliability and stability.
