摘要
利用多物理量耦合有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics建立新型磁流变减振器磁场和流场耦合的轴对称有限元模型。分析多环槽活塞的几何形状对磁场分布的影响,针对其磁场分布不均匀的特点,采用变齿宽优化活塞结构。并在前人关于多环槽的特征尺寸参数对阻尼力影响研究的基础上着重对活塞矩形齿齿宽耗能进行了分析,为新型减振器设计和性能预测提供依据。
The 2D axial symmetry FEM muhiphysics model of electromagnetic and fluid in a new type of MR damper was created by COMSOL Muhiphysies. The influence of configurations of multi-ring grooves piston on electromagnetic field distribution was analyzed. For magnetic fields be no well-proportioned, unfixed tooth width was used to optimize piston configurations. Based on the analysis of different characteristic dimension parameters of multi-ring grooves piston which affected the damp force, the energy loss that influenced by tooth width was focused on. It provides reference for design and performances prediction of new type of damper.
