摘要
拆卸是实现产品生命周期完整性与封闭性的必要环节。研究机电产品的拆卸关键技术,并以Pro/Engineer为平台,使用VC++6.0和Pro/Toolkit工具开发了拆卸分析系统。利用该系统验证了相关理论在实际机电产品拆卸分析中的正确性,并能指导产品拆卸过程,为绿色产品的开发提供了计算机辅助工具。
Disassembly is essential to achieve product life cycle integrity and closure. Disassembly key techniques about mechanical and electronic products were researched, and disassembly analysis system was developed used VC ＋ ＋ 6. 0 and Pro/Toolkit based on Pro/Engineer. Using this system, related theory accuracy in mechanical and electronic products disassembly analysis is proved, products disassembly process can be guided, and computer aided tool can be provided for green products development.
