摘要
用流体动力学仿真软件Fluent对大通径滑阀式换向阀的压力-流量特性进行仿真研究,探讨不同开度下阀口压差与流量的关系,为进一步研发额定流量为1 500 L/min的大通径滑阀式换向阀奠定一定的技术基础。
A simulation was carried out to study the pressure-flow performance of a large-diameter spool valve using CFD software Fluent. The relationships between pressure difference and flow rate with different opening at the valve port were discussed. The research work lays a technical foundation for further development of the large-diameter slide valve with rated flow of 1 500 L/min.
