基于热-结构耦合的某液压动力转向器结构有限元分析

摘要 液压助力转向器在汽车上有着广泛的应用。由于液压油长时间的流动会使转向器温度升高,将有可能影响到汽车的操稳性能。以某循环球式液压动力转向器为研究对象,采用有限元方法,建立转向器热-结构耦合分析模型并进行了求解,对比分析了有无温度载荷时转向器各零部件刚度的变化。结果表明:温度对转向器各零部件的变形有一定影响,但不会影响到转向器的性能。 Hydraulic power steering is widely used in automobiles. As the temperature of the steering rises with the flowing of hydraulic oil, the stability of the automobiles will be influenced. The thermal-structure coupling analysis model of a circulating ball type hydraulic power steering was developed and calculated by finite element method. The stiffness variations of the steering parts under dif- ferent temperatures were compared. The results show that the temperature has an effect on the deformation of parts, but the performance of the steering is not affected.
