摘要
在推导和分析液压挖掘机工作装置运动轨迹和受力规律的基础上,开发了工作装置挖掘性能可视化软件,该软件可快速准确地描绘出工作装置挖掘范围,并且该软件绘制的挖掘力云图可直观描述挖掘机在某一区域的挖掘性能。为挖掘机工作装置的设计提供理论依据和实用手段,对于国内挖掘机生产厂家消化和吸收国外挖掘机产品的技术,提高国内挖掘机的设计水平,推动国内挖掘机行业的发展具有十分重要的意义。
Based on the derivation and analysis of trajectories of movement and rules of forces of the hydraulic excavator work device, the visualization software of work device performance was developed. The scope of excavator work device could be quickly and accurately depicted by the software, and contour plots describing clearly excavator performance in a region could be drawn. Therefore, a theoretical basis and practical means for the design of the excavator work device was provided. It is helpful for domestic excavator manufacturer to introduce and absorb foreign technology, to improve the designed level of domestic excavator, and it is of great signifi- cance to promote the development of the domestic excavator industry.
