应用圆形分布法分析手足口病的流行规律

Epidemiology Analysis on the Incidence of HFMD by Statistical Method of Round Analysis

目的:分析手足口病发病的时间分布特征,从而为手足口病防治提供科学依据。方法:采用圆形分布法对昆山市2009年手足口病的发病情况进行统计分析。结果:手足口病的高峰时点为7月3日,高峰时区为4月18日～9月12日。结论:在手足口病发病高峰到来之间,加强疫情监测,做好手足口病散发疫情的处置,防止手足口病疫情的暴发和流行。

Objective： To analyze the incidence of HFMD in the time distribution for HFMD prevention and control.Methods： In 2009,the incidence of HFMD in Kunshan City were statistically analyzed by method of round analysis.Results： The peak of HFMD point occurring in July 3,the peak area from April 18 to September 12.Conclusion： To prevent HFMD outbreaks and prevalence,we should strengthen surveillance of infectious diseases and HFMD disposal before the HFMD peak arrival.
