摘要
成骨细胞是一种由骨髓间充质干细胞分化而来的细胞,它也表达电压门控钾通道、内向整流钾通道、ATP敏感钾通道、双孔钾通道及钙激活钾通道,其功能涉及骨重塑、信号转导以及成骨细胞增殖和凋亡。成骨细胞膜上表达多种钾离子通道并具有重要生理功能,其可能在各种骨疾病(如骨肿瘤)中扮演重要角色。现就成骨细胞钾离子通道的研究进展,存在的问题及进一步研究方向予以综述。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are the progenitors of osteoblast.There are expression of several K+ channels in membrane of osteoblast including voltage-gated K+ channels,inward rectifier K+ channels,ATP-sensitive K+ channels,two-pore domain K+ channels and Ca2+ activated K+ channels.Functions of those channels include bone remodeling,signal transduction,proliferation and apoptosis of osteoblast.Potassium channels in osteoblast exhibits physiological importance and may play important roles in the processes of many orthopedic diseases such as bone tumors.Here is to describe the research progress of potassium channels in osteoblast and discuss the unsolved questions and future works.
