摘要
近年来,扩张型心肌病(DCM)的发病率、致残率和致死率逐年递增。目前尚无特异有效的治疗方法,其愈后极差。建立理想的DCM动物模型,最大限度地模拟DCM临床病理生理过程,为研究该病变提供实验基础至关重要。目前,建立DCM动物模型的主要方法包括静脉或腹腔注射药物诱导法、快速心室起搏法和免疫诱导法等。现就目前DCM动物模型建立的实验研究及其进展予以综述。
In recent years the incidence,morbidity and mortality of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) are increasing by year.Because the absence of specific and effective remedy,the prognosis of DCM is extremely poor.An ideal animal model may facilitate the experimental research of this disease by fully simulating the clinical pathophysiology.Currently there are DCM animal models including introvenous or introperitoneum drug induced model,rapid ventricalar pacing model,autoimmunity induced model,and virus infection model,etc..The recent progress of DCM animal models is reviewed here.
