摘要
干细胞移植治疗缺血性心肌病作为一种新型的治疗方法,无论基础研究还是临床研究都显示出其特有的疗效和潜在的前景。但是一种治疗方法的出现,需要长期的基础研究和临床观察。当前干细胞移植治疗缺血性心肌病在全世界多中心展开,大量的循证医学证据表明其优势效应的同时,也暴露出其存在的问题。因此对于一种新型治疗方式,应该辩证地去看待其优势和弊端。
As a new type of treatment,stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy shows its unique curative effect and the potential prospects,from both basic research and clinical studies,however every new treatment needs long-term basic research and clinical observation.Recently,stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy is unfolded in multi-centers all over the world.Massive evidence-based medical evidence not only showed its advantageous effect,but also exposed the existing problems.So for a new type of treatment,we should see their advantages and disadvantages dialectically.
