CD_4^+CD_(25)^+调节性T细胞在心脏疾病中的研究进展

摘要 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)是体内具有免疫调节功能的一类特殊T细胞亚群。近年来,国内外的大量研究表明Treg与很多种心血管疾病的发生和进展密切相关。因此,认识Treg及其在心脏疾病中免疫抑制的机制,有助于提高心脏疾病的免疫治疗效果。现就CD4+CD25+Treg的产生、特征、作用机制及其与心脏疾病的联系予以综述。 CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(Treg) are a special subgroup of T cells in vivo with an immunoregulatory function.In recent years,massive domestic and oversea research indicated that Treg is closely related with various cardiovascular disease′s occurrence and development.Therefore,understanding of Treg and its immunosuppression′s mechanism in the heart disease is helpful to improve the immunotherapy effect for heart diseases.Here is to make a summary of CD4+CD25+Treg′ production,features,functional mechanism and its correlation with heart diseases.
