摘要 自身免疫性疾病的发病机制之一是免疫应答和免疫调节异常,CTLA-4作为调节T细胞活化的共刺激分子之一,对T细胞介导的免疫应答起负向调节作用,所以CTLA-4的异常往往导致T细胞的过度活化,从而损伤自身组织,而基因多态性是导致CTLA-4异常的主要原因之一。近年来的研究也充分揭示了CTLA-4异常在自身免疫性疾病发病机制中的作用,特别是基因多态性导致的CT-LA-4异常,这也为自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供了新的途径。 The abnormal immune response and immune regulation are part of the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.CTLA-4 acts as a costimulatory molecule in the regulation of T cell activation where it plays a negative role.Therefore,abnormality of the CTLA-4 often leads to over activation of T cell resulting in the damages of their own tissues,and gene polymorphisms is one of the main causes of CTLA-4 abnormality.Recent studies have proved the role of CTLA-4 abnormality in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases,especailly the role of gene polymorphisms,which provide a new treatment option for the autoimmune diseases.
