摘要 脑胶质瘤是脑内最具破坏的肿瘤之一,患者预后不容乐观。近年来随着分子生物学及免疫学的不断发展,脑胶质瘤的分子靶向及免疫治疗不断得到重视。白细胞介素13α2受体(IL-13Rα2)作为人脑胶质瘤的特异表达肽,其作为特异靶点分子靶向治疗,同时可与树突状细胞联合免疫治疗胶质瘤已不断得到应用。现就IL-13Rα2在人脑胶质瘤分子靶向及免疫治疗中的应用予以综述。 As known one of the most devastating tumors in human brain,malignant glioma prognosis is not promising,despite more importance has been attached to the molecular targeted therapy and immunotherapy.Recent studies show that interleukin-13 receptor α2(IL-13Rα2),a brain tumor-associated receptor of IL-13,may play an important role in immunotherapy for glioblastoma.IL-13Rα2 could be a specific target for targeted therapy to glioma,and recombinant IL-13Rα2 protein can also be used as an anti-tumor vaccine,which may provide a promising new strategy for the treatment of brain malignant glioma.
