摘要 肿瘤相关调节性T细胞、髓系来源抑制细胞和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、调节性树突状细胞等免疫抑制细胞在肿瘤免疫逃逸过程中能够诱导免疫抑制反应。这些细胞在肿瘤源性因子等因素的影响下分化成熟、产生效应,并可迁移至其他部位,参与肿瘤的转移。在肿瘤免疫中,对这些肿瘤相关免疫抑制细胞的研究能够为发展新的抗肿瘤免疫治疗提供依据。 Immunosuppression cells such as tumor relevant regulatory T cells,myeloid cells sources and tumor macrophages,and regulatory dendritic cells immunosuppression cells can induce immunosuppression in the tumor escape process.These cells differentiate,mature,and effect under the influence tumor-sourced factors,and move to other sites involoved in metastasis.The research on these tumor related immune cells can provide basis for developing new antineoplastic immune therapy.
