摘要
心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)或心脏再同步化并植入心脏复律除颤器(CRTD)是近年来发展十分迅速的人工心脏起搏技术。CRT在传统单腔、双腔起搏器的基础上改良为左、右心室及右心房三腔起搏,使房室间、室间及室内同步激动,纠正了心脏的电-机械失同步,从而改善了心脏的电生理功能。对于存在室性心律失常危险因素的患者加植埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD),即可预防心源性猝死的发生,显著降低病死率。因此,CRT/CRTD在心力衰竭的治疗中拥有广阔的前景。
Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT) or cardiac resynchronization and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator(CRTD) is developing very rapidly in recent years as an artificial cardiac pacing technology.CRT has improved the traditional single chamber or dual-chamber pacemaker into three-chamber(the left atrium,right atrium and right ventricle) pacing,which made the atrioventricular,interventricular and ventricular excited synchronously,correcting the heart′s electrical-mechanical dyssynchrony,thereby improved the heart′s electrical physiological functions.For the patients with the ventricular arrhythmias,CRT in addition with the planting of implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD) could prevent the occurrence of sudden cardiac death and significantly reduce the mortality.Therefore,broad prospects are expected for CRT/CRTD in the treatment of heart failure.
