摘要
深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是临床上的常见、多发疾病,多发于下肢,如不及时妥当地诊断与治疗,大多将遗留血栓形成后综合征,极大地影响了患者的生活质量,严重者可引起致命性的肺动脉栓塞。对DVT的治疗方法包括抗凝、溶栓、取栓等。目前国内研究者对DVT治疗的用药方法、剂量、溶栓途径、时机及取栓适应证等仍有不同看法。寻觅一套综合有效的治疗方案还有待进一步临床研究与验证。
Deep vein thrombosis（DVT） is a common,multi-disease,mainly in the lower limbs,if not proper diagnosis and treatment,most cases will be left post-thrombosis syndrome,which greatly affect the patient＇s quality of life,severe cases can cause fatal pulmonary embolism.The treatment of DVT include anticoagulation,thrombolysis,thrombectomy and so on.At present,there are still different views about the treatment of DVT in our country,such as treatment method,dosage,thrombolysis path,timing and indications for thrombectomy,etc.Looking for a comprehensive and effective clinical treatment needs further study and verification.
