某院感染现患率调查分析与对策

Investigation and analysis of infection rate in a hospital

目的准确了解本院感染现状及抗菌药物使用情况,为预防与控制本院感染提供科学依据。方法 采用床旁调查与查阅病历相结合,调查2010年7月12日所有住院患者(包括当日出院、转科和死亡病例,不包括当日新入院患者)的感染情况。将调查结果进行统计、分析,数据上报卫生部医院感染监控网。结果 调查病例409例,发生医院感染27例、29例次,现患率为6.6%,例次感染率为7.09%。现患率最高的科室为综合重症监护室(ICU),占33.33%。医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,抗菌药物使用率为63.57%。结论 加强本院重点科室感染预防与控制,合理使用抗菌药物,减少耐药菌株的产生,降低本院感染率。

Objective To know the exact status of the infection and useness of antibacterial medicine in the hospital,providing a scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods All the hospitalized infected patients,be hospitalized refer to their medical records;the survey lasted four days from July 12 to 16 July,2010 on（including new infections,the discharge,and the deaths in those days,the day hospital patients not included）.The survey statistics and analysis were reported to the monitoring network of the Ministry of Health.Results In the 409 infected cases,27 cases and 29 cases of times was observed with 6.6% of prevalence rate and 7.09% of infection rate.Synthetic ICU was the department of the highest prevalence with 33.33%.Gram-negative bacilli was the mainly nosoconial infections pathogens,which was accounted for 63.57% of antimicrobial usage.Conclusion Strengthen the infection prevention control in the key departmentsin of the hospital usage of antimicrobial agents rationally to reduce the drug-resistant strains and lower the infection in Qijiang Hospital.
