77例冠脉造影心肌桥患者的临床特点和治疗效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察分析冠状动脉心肌桥患者的临床特征,探讨其治疗方法。方法 对比分析经冠状动脉造影确诊心肌桥患者77例、冠心病患者107例及阴性患者88例的临床症状、基本特征、生化指标、心电图、心脏彩超情况,随访造影后6~12个月治疗情况。结果 693例行冠脉造影患者共检出心肌桥77例,男49例(64.3%),除1例位于回旋支,其余均位于前降支(98%),孤立性心肌桥65例。肌桥组与冠心病组、对照组相比,空腹血糖(FGP)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);心电图及临床症状与冠心病组相似,较对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义。心肌桥治疗主要以药物为主,总有效率85%。结论 心肌桥可能导致心肌缺血,引起心绞痛,冠脉造影是心肌桥诊断的金标准,治疗以β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂为主,必要时可考虑行冠状动脉支架安置术或行外科手术治疗。
