摘要 在地形复杂地区,输油管道承受的动、静水压力较高,管道的合理设计对于保障其安全运行非常重要。三塘湖原油外输管道途经戈壁滩地区,先后翻越南北天山,途经地区地形地貌复杂,地形起伏大,最大高差接近3000m,同时季节输量变化大。针对这种情况,根据设计输量,经过热力、水力计算以及动静水压力校核,对三塘湖原油外输管道的线路和站场进行了设计,对提出的两种方案进行了优化,并从总投资和运行耗能方面进行了分析对比,选择出技术经济性能更加优越的方案。 Dynamic and static hydraulic pressures born by an oil pipeline in the area with large topographic relief are relatively high, and rational pipeline design is very important to safe pipeline operation. Santanghu crude oil pipeline passes through Gobi and Tianshan Mountain characterized by complex and varied terrains and landforms and large height difference(the maximal height difference is about 3 000 m), season output of the pipeline also changes greatly. Based on the above-mentioned situation, the route and station design of Santanghu crude oil pipeline is carried out according to its design output capability, thermal and hydraulic calculations as well as dynamic and static hydraulic pressure checkups. Two design schemes are optimized and compared in total investment and energy consumption, the scheme with better technical and economic performances is selected.
