摘要
苏丹三七区油田一期Palogue电站项目的设备基础、厂房基础和工艺管道基础全部采用钢管桩,其阴极保护采用浅埋阳极、均匀分布的形式。投产后,厂区内不同的桩管阴极保护电位相差很大,保护效果不理想。为此对钢管桩阴极保护存在的问题进行了分析,并根据三七区油田钢管桩阴极保护实际,提出了改进意见,将浅埋阳极地床改为深井阳极地床,同时对阳极输出回路进行了改进。实践表明,采取改进措施后,钢管桩的阴极保护效果显著提高,系统运行平稳,效果十分理想。
The foundations of equipment, factory buildings and process pipelines in the Palogue power station project of Sudan 3-7 Region Oilfield adopted totally steel pipe piles with cathodic protection of uniformly distributed and shallowly buried anodes. However, after the project was put into practice, the cathodic protection electric potentials among the pipe piles were very different and the protection effect was not ideal. Therefore, the protection problems were analyzed and improvement suggestions were offered such as applying deeply buried anode ground bed instead of shallowly buried anode ground bed and improving the anode output circuit. The practice showed that the system run steadily and those improvement measures raised obviously the cathodic protection effect.
