摘要
萨曼杰佩气区天然气气井投产后,随着天然气产量的提高,部分单井井口地面管道出现不同程度的位移,给生产的正常运行带来了隐患。文章分析了井口管道位移的原因,通过对现场实际运行参数的收集,建立模型对系统进行应力分析,提出了整改措施,并对位移量较大的井口管道增设固定墩。通过一年多的生产运行,证明了整改措施的可行性。文章对今后类似工程提出了建议。
After natural gas wells were put into production and along with gas output was increased, different displacements appeared in partial single wellhead ground pipelines, that brought some potential troubles to normal gas production. This paper analyzes the reasons of wellhead pipeline displacement, establishes a calculation model for stress analysis based on collected field practical operation parameters, puts forward countermeasures such as adding fixed block for wellhead pipeline with considerable displacement. The countermeasure feasibility has been proved after more than one year’s production. Some suggestions for similar projects in the future are also provided in this paper.
