摘要
西部农村高中教师课程资源开发存在诸多问题。研究发现:乡村文化的边缘化、单向量化的教师评价与考核规则、教师培训的实效性较差等因素是农村高中教师进行课程资源开发最主要的阻力所在。
The present situation of high school teachers developing curriculum resource in the western country is not so optimistic.The research indicates some: main hindering factors to high school teachers development of curriculum resource in the country:marginalization of rural culture,one-way quantitative evaluation and assessment rules for teachers and less effectiveness of teacher training etz.
