制约中国边境地区可持续发展的因素及对策分析

Analysis on Restricting Factors to the Sustainable Development in China Frontiers

中国边境地区不仅具有广阔的地区,而且有诸多的人口,且边境地区还具有国家安全外围的屏障作用,所以边境地区的可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。虽然,改革开放以来,中国边境地区取得了一定的成绩,但是其发展还不尽人意。本文从地缘、发展动力、思想意识、发展基础、境外不良因素的渗透以及应采取的对策等方面来分析其对边境地区可持续发展的消极影响,以期对消除制约边境地区可持续发展的因素进行有益的探索。

There＇s a large deal of the population in china frontiers.And the frontiers still plays an important role in china＇s national security.So the sustainable development of border areas is of great significance.Although china frontiers make great achievements since reform and opening up.But the development in china frontiers is not perfect.This paper tries to analyze the restricting factors to the sustainable development in china frontiers from the following points： the development of power,ideology,development foundation,the infiltration of outside factors and counter measures,in order to reduce restricting factors to sustainable development in china frontiers.
