摘要
用荧光偏振法研究了表面活性剂(sf)胶束对2,3,7-三羟基-9-取代基荧光酮及其钛配合物的增溶现象.实验证明它们均能很好地溶解在胶束溶液中,它们的荧光强度(F)、荧光偏振度(P)、各向异性(A)、微粘度(η)及稳定性等,均比在水溶液中显著提高.而且它们在非离子表面活性剂(n-sf)Tritonx-100胶束溶液中的 F,P,A,η等值高于在阳离子表面活性剂(c-sf)CTMAB 胶束溶液中的相应值.具有长碳链取代基的十一烷基荧光酮及其配合物,在两类胶束溶液中的 P,A,η等值均高于芳香基荧光酮类及其配合物.
The enhanced solubility of surfactant(sf)micelle on 2,3,7-trihydroxy- 9-substituted fluorones and its coordination compounds are investigated by fluorescence polarization method.It is found that in the micelle solution the values of fluorescence intencity(F),polarization(P),aeolotropism(A) and microviscosity(η)of reagent and its coordination compounds are higher than in the water solution,in the n-sf Tritonx-100 micelle solution the F, P,A,η are higher than that in the c-sf CTMAB.Also in the two types sf micelle solution the P,A and η of undecylfluorone and its coordination compound all are higher than these values of aromatic group fluorones.
