摘要 基于ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件,建立12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎有限元模型。同时,研究分析了轮胎行驶速度、充气压力、垂直载荷、对轮胎稳态滚动阻力的影响,并拟合成滚动阻力的预测公式。结果表明在一定的速度和充气压力下下,滚动阻力及滚动阻力系数会随载荷的增大而增大;在一定的速度和垂直载荷下,滚动阻力会随轮胎充气压力的增大而减小。轮胎的滚动阻力和滚动阻力系数会随着稳态速度的增大而减小。 Based on ABAQUS which is the nonlinear finite element analysis software,the finite element model of 12.00r22.5 was established,and the paper studied the affect of the tire pressure for speed,vertical,the load on rolling resistance of steady state tires,and synthesis of forecasting formulation of the tires' rolling resistance.The results showed that under a certain speed and inflation pressure,the rolling resistance and rolling resistance coefficient increased with the increase of load;under a certain speed and vertical load,the rolling resistance decreased with the increase of the tire inflation pressure.Generally tire rolling resistance and rolling resistance coefficient decreased when the steady-state speed increases.
