摘要
目的:探索葡萄糖红外光谱鉴别中压片最佳条件的科学方法,以获得最理想的红外光谱图。方法:以3因素的3个水平,即葡萄糖:溴化钾(mg∶mg)分别为0.5∶100、1.0∶100、1.5∶100,压片压力分别为14 MPa、20 MPa、24 MPa,压片时间分别为0.5 min、1 min、2 min,按正交设计实验,以输出的红外光谱图的基线值和最强吸收峰的透光率T%为指标,从而确定最佳压片条件。结果:葡萄糖与溴化钾比例为1.0∶100,压片压力为24 MPa,加压时间为1 min,为压片最佳条件。结论:采用正交法确定葡萄糖红外光谱鉴别中的最佳压片条件,能以较少的实验次数确定多因素水平中最佳综合条件,为改变传统经验做法提供了科学方法。
Objective: Explore glucose IR identify the best conditions medium slice to obtain scientific method infrared spectra of the most ideal.Method: With three factors,three levels,namely the sample: potassium bromide(mg: mg) separately for 0.5:100,1.0:100,150:100 respectively,presser pressure 14 MPa,20 MPa,24 MPa,presser time is respectively 0.5 min,1 min,2 min,by orthogonal design experiments to output infrared spectra of the baseline and strongest of absorption peaks for the light transmitttance T %,thus determine index optimum condition of the tablets.Results: Potassium bromide matrix glucose and ratio of 1.0:100,presser pressure for 24 MPa,pressing for 1 min,time for the optimum condition of the tablets.Conclusion: Using orthogonal method is used to determine the best glucose tablets infrared spectroscopy in fewer conditions,test times determining factor levels for comprehensive conditions,the best way to change traditional experience provides scientific methods.
