摘要
为研究改性凹凸棒石的掺入对不饱和聚酯热性能的影响,采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)对凹凸棒石进行有机改性,然后制备改性凹凸棒石-不饱和聚酯复合材料,并用红外光谱(IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段对改性效果进行表征,利用差热(DTA)、热重(TG)同步热分析仪研究复合材料的热性能,探究改性前后凹凸棒石的掺量对复合材料热起始温度的影响。结果表明:改性凹凸棒石-不饱和聚酯复合材料的热稳定性明显优于凹凸棒石-不饱和聚酯复合材料和纯不饱和聚酯,掺入改性凹凸棒石的最佳质量分数8.4%左右。
In order to study the effect of modified attapulgite on thermal properties of unsaturated polyester composites, the attapulgite powder was modified by octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC), and then modified attapulgite-unsaturated polyester composites were prepared. The organic modification effect was characterized by IR and XRD, and the simultaneous DTA-TG thermal analyzer was used to investigate the effect of different mixing ratio of modified attapulgite and attapulgite on the initial temperature of thermal decomposition of the composites, The results showed that the attapulgite powder was modified by OTAC, The thermal stability of modified attapulgite -unsaturated polyester composites were obviously better than that of attapulgite-unsaturated polyester composites and pure unsaturated polyester. The best mass fraction of the modified attapulgite was about 10%.
