摘要
为研究复合外加剂对高能球磨法制备铜金粉的影响,采用正交试验法,研究不同外加剂配方对高能球磨法制备的铜金粉的颗粒粒径、水面遮盖率的影响。结果表明:加入硬脂酸、棕榈酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠的最佳质量分数分别为1.2%、0.3%、0.1%,制得的出料粉体粒径d50=9.95μm,水面遮盖率为4 936.31 cm2/g。
In order to research the effect of composite additives on preparation of bronze powder, the orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the effects of different additives formula on the fineness d50 and water surface coveting of bronze powder prepared with high energy milling. The result showed that the best mass fraction of steatie acid, palmitic acid and SDBS was 1.2% ,0.3% ,0.1%. The fineness dso and water surface coveting was 9.95 μm,4 936.31 cm^2/g respectively.
