摘要
目的观察高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)结合电针刺激对帕金森病大鼠纹状体内多巴胺含量的影响及对行为学的治疗作用。方法用6-羟基多巴胺毁损单侧黑质建立大鼠向健侧旋转运动的帕金森病动物模型;将造模成功的大鼠随机分为HBO治疗组、电针治疗组、HBO结合电针组、模型未治疗组;通过高效液相电化学法检测各组大鼠纹状体内多巴胺含量,评价各组实验大鼠的旋转行为学治疗效果。结果 HBO组、电针组实验大鼠行为学改善的疗效及脑纹状体内多巴胺含量的增加,与模型未治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HBO结合电针组与模型未治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HBO结合电针疗法可有效提高帕金森病大鼠纹状体内多巴胺的含量,对其病变产生的侧向旋转行为有显著的治疗作用。为临床治疗帕金森病提供了理论和实验基础。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with electroacupuncture on the content of striatum dopamine in the rat model of Parkinson disease and also on the rat rotational behavior. methods The rat model of Parkinson disease was developed by injecting 6-hydroxy dopamine into the striatum.Then,the rats were randomly al1ocated to the 4 groups: the HBO group,the electroacupuncture group,the hyperbaric oxygen combined with electroacupuncture group and the untreated model group.Contents of striatum dopamine were measured with high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) and therapeutic effects on rotational behavior of rats in various groups were evaluated. results For the HBO and the electroacupuncture groups,therapeutic effects on rotational behavior improved and contents of striatum dopamine increased with statistical significance,when compared with those of the rats in the untreated model group(P0.05).Significant statistical difference could also be seen,when comparisons were made between the hyperbaric oxygen plus electroacupuncture group and the untreated model group(P0.01). conclusionHyperbaric oxygen combined with electroacupuncture could obviously increase the level of striatum dopamine and improve the rotational behavior induced by pathological changes in rats with Parkinson disease.Our research results provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of Parkinson disease.
