摘要
煤气化高浓度含酚废水属于"高危"难处理的工业废水。文章采用混凝-Fenton氧化-混凝联合工艺对高浓度煤气化废水进行预处理,考查了影响处理效果的主要因素。结果表明,采用硫酸铁混凝处理,挥发酚去除率仅有57%;当酚/铁比为1:4,双氧水(30%)投加量10 mL/L,聚合氯化铝投加量为1 g/L时,采用联合工艺处理挥发酚和COD的去除率分别达96%和94%以上。若在氧化后利用剩余活性污泥进行吸附处理,处理效果进一步提高,挥发酚和COD的去除率分别达99%和97%以上,色度小于10倍。
Coal gasification high concentrations of phenols wastewater belong to "high-risk" tricky industrial wastewater.In the paper the coagu-flocculation-Fenton oxidation-coagulation joint process was employed to pretreat highly concentrated coal gasification wastewater,examines the main factors that affect the treatment effect.The results showed that removal rate of volatile phenols was only 57 % in direct coagulation treatment.When phenols/iron for 1:4,H2O2(30 %) dosing quantity 10 mL/L,polyaluminium chloride dosing quantity for 1 g/L,volatile phenols and COD removal rate by the combined process being more than 96 % and 94 % respectively,if by the coagulation-oxidation-adsorption-coagulation joint process,removal efficiency further increased to 99 % and 97 % above,chroma was less than 10 times.
