摘要
利用凹凸棒滤料对石英砂V型滤池进行改造,进行强化过滤实验研究,考察凹凸棒强化砂滤池的过滤效果。结果表明:凹凸棒强化砂滤池对浊度的平均去除率为83.2%,去除能力与普通砂滤池基本一致;对CODMn平均去除率为10.73%,去除能力高于普通砂滤池,滤料截留、吸附和滤池生物降解协同作用提高了有机物去除效果;对NH3-N平均去除率为43%,去除能力较普通砂滤池显著提高,说明滤池上部凹凸棒滤料层能够为微生物的生存提供良好的附着条件,硝化菌硝化作用明显。
The filtering effect of attapulgite and sand filter was investigated in the experiment.Attapulgite media was put into the V type filter to carry out the filtering experiment.The results showed that the average removal rate of turbidity was 83.2 %,which meant the treatment effect of attapulgite sand filter was almost the same as ordinary sand filter.The average removal rate of CODMn was 10.73 %,which was higher than that of ordinary sand filter,the treatment effect was improved through the interception and absorption of the media cooperate with the biodegradation of filter.The average removal rate of NH3-N was 43 %,higher than ordinary sand filter,which proved that the layer of attapulgite media provided a good environment for the attachment of microorganism and the nitrification of nitrobacteria was obvious.
