摘要
针对化工高职人才培养过程中学习与工作二元分裂等问题,创建以典型工作任务为载体的"逐级递进"工学结合人才培养模式,以纵横六要素协调统一为策略手段,找准人才培养目标定位,开发专业课程体系,推进教学团队、教学条件、管理机制建设,保障了特色化人才培养方案的有效实施,提高了专业建设整体水平。
Facing the learning and work binary fission problem of the current high chemical vocational personal-training process,an integrated-learning personal-training mode were established which with typical work-task as carrier and featured as "forward progressively".Using a length width six factor coordinating tactics,valid poisoning the personal-training target,exploiting the curriculum system,push forward the building of the teaching team,the teaching condition and the teaching management mechanism etc.,the characteristic personal-training mode were implemented effectively,the specialty construction standard were increased notability.
