摘要
正火工艺能够细化晶粒、均匀组织、改善组织缺陷,提高中厚钢板的综合性能。本文通过对不含微合金元素的结构钢板和含Nb、V微合金元素的结构钢板的轧制态和正火态进行对比分析,研究合金元素对中厚钢板正火性能的影响,结果表明,不同成分的低合金高强度结构钢板,经正火热处理后改善效果不同,没有添加微合金元素的Q345D钢板强度升高,而添加Nb、V微合金元素的Q460D钢板强度降低。
Normalizing process can refine grains, uniform organization, improve organizational defects and the comprehensive performance of steel plate. Through comparative analysis of structural steel plate without microalloying elements or containing Nb, V elements under rolling state and normalizing state, the effect of microalloying elements on the normalized performance of steel plate was studied. The results showed that the normalized performance was different with different components of high-strength low-alloy structural steel, the strength of Q345D steel without microalloying elements was increased and that of Q460D steel containing Nb, V alloys was decreased.
