摘要
轧机在运行状态下,轧辊只应该承受径向力,但运行了一定年限的轧机在工作状态下轧辊往往会存在相当大的轴向力。由于轴向力的作用,经常会造成轧辊轴承的烧损,严重的还会影响主电机的正常运行。通过对轧辊轴向力产生的原因进行分析,寻找影响设备运行精度的主要因素,以利于对轴向力进行消除。
The roller endures radial force under normal working condition, however, it also endures considerable axial force when it have worked for some years. The effect of axial force usually resulted to the damage of bearing and normal operation of motor. Through analysis of the generation reason of axial force, the main factors affecting the precision of equipment operation were found out and the axial force was eliminated.
