摘要
对涟钢7#高炉炉况失常的原因与处理进行了总结分析,认为原燃料质量出现波动、炉况不稳、风温低及风量调节不及时是炉况失常与恢复困难的主要原因。采取相应措施和调整操作制度后,炉况得到好转。
The paper summarized and analyzed the causes and treatment of blast furnace disorder of No. 7 BF in lianyuan steel. The main causes were fluctuations in quality of raw material and fuel, unstable status of blast furnace, lower air temperature and non-timely air volume control. After adopting corresponding measures and adjusting operation system, the condition of blast furnace was better.
