摘要
介绍了一种较远距离煤粉气力输送工程的设计。该设计适合小颗粒固体物料连续输送,能充分利用空间,有极好的灵活性,实现了自动控制,对环境无污染,设备整体成本低,运行可靠。本文对项目设计的工作原理及工艺流程进行了介绍,并指出了系统的优缺点和改进措施。
This paper introduced a design for a more long-distance pneumatic conveying engineering of pulverized coal. The design was suitable for continuous transferring small particles of solid material, which has an excellent flexibility in full use of space. The design realized automatic control and environ- mental free-pollution. The design of the whole equipments was novel and compact. The cost was low and running was reliable. The paper introduced the working principle and technology process of engineering design, and it also pointed out the advantages and disadvantages and improvements of the system.
