Changes of Lead Slag in the Lead Ingots with the Process of Lead Smelting

主要研究了铅冶炼过程中铅渣的变化情况。铅冶炼过程中粗铅中含渣量最高,随着铅的纯度进一步提高,铅锭中的铅渣量逐步降低,同时,工艺条件控制也是影响铅锭中夹渣量多少的一个重要因素。

This paper mainly studied changes of lead slag in lead smelting. The crude lead ingots contain the highest amount of lead slag in lead smelting, However, the lead slag content in lead ingots decreased gradually as the purity of lead increased. Meanwhile, the control of conditions was also a key factor to slag content in lead ingots.
